With a background in engineering and practical experience across multiple trades, he combines technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to ensure every project is completed to a high standard.
Still actively involved in all aspects of the business, including installations, surveying, and technical support, James takes pride in doing things properly and building lasting relationships with customers throughout the local area. Quality workmanship and honest service remain at the core of the business.
Outside of work, James is a family man who enjoys staying active through the gym and cycling, and follows rugby and other sports while supporting his children in their activities.
Rachel supports JF Doors & Windows across customer service, accounts, and organisation, helping ensure the business runs smoothly day to day.
Working closely with both customers and the team, she plays an important role in maintaining a high level of service and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
Balancing her role in the business with family life, Rachel brings a calm and organised approach that supports both the team and customers alike.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys staying active at the gym, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with the occasional spa break.
Mike joined JF Doors and Windows in 2025 as Office Manager, bringing with him a decade of experience in the hardware and building industry, having worked in the sector since 2015.
He is passionate about organisation, customer service, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, he is actively involved in the local community as a football coach, supporting both under-13 and under-8 girls’ teams and encouraging the next generation to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
I’m Keith, a highly experienced professional with over 40 years in the fenestration, glass, and shopfitting industries.
Over the course of my career, I have held a wide range of roles, including fabricator, installer, surveyor, production manager, installation manager, designer, draughtsman, contracts manager, and estimator. This breadth of hands-on and managerial experience provides me with a comprehensive understanding of projects from concept through to completion.
As a third-generation member of the industry, I bring not only technical expertise but also a deep-rooted commitment to quality, precision, and reliability. My approach is grounded in practical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering effective, well-executed solutions.
Outside of my professional work, I maintain a keen interest in cars, motorbikes, and rugby. I also undertake ongoing DIY and property refurbishment projects, further reflecting my practical mindset and passion for building and improvement.
Lauren supports JF Doors & Windows as part of the admin team, assisting with customer service, planning, and day-to-day operations.
Often the first point of contact for customers, she provides a friendly and helpful approach while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working part-time across the week, Lauren plays an important role in supporting both the team and customers.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with her son and family.
